The sales staff, and delivery manager and team were all very professional and detail oriented. They also delivered on time! Email and phone communication was also good. I definitely recommend this store! I'm writing this rating because I realized how valuable good companies are and I'm glad they exist - other stores like Germain Lariviere are very fancy and posh when you go in, but the after-sales followup and service can be a harrowing experience.
